The Demal Roller SR is a handheld medical device that uses micro-needle roller therapy to pierce the skin, triggering the bodys natural healing system to encourage collagen and elastin production.  After healing, the skins surface is brighter, plumper and younger looking, while the appearance of acne scarring, sun-damage, pigmentation and uneven skin tone is much improved.

Immediately after the treatment, you will look as if you have moderate sunburn and your skin may feel warm and tighter than usual.  This will start to subside after one to two hours and will normally recover within the same day with only slight redness the following day.

A course of three to five treatments, six weeks apart, is recommended for optimal results.  After your course of Dermal Rollers, you can follow up with one Dermal Roller treatment every 6 months.  After 2 years, you may start the course again.

A  glycolic peel is highly recommended along side this treatment as it will greatly enhance the results.
